Online or offline?

The reviews online were pretty mixed.

My hometown has a population of 35,000 with its own major employers and own unique economy. 

So how do I value this property if I don't have a majority of the financial information?

I have a policy with American Home Shield and you can view the coverage online even if you don't have one...so take a look, it will answer many questions. 

@Eli Frederick look at any place a major storm has hit and wiped out the area, then look at the values 5 and 10 years later.

The property is online and available for buyers to see. 

Is the market slowing down or are we used to looking at certain neighborhoods that have had major increases this past year and maybe buyers are starting to get priced out of those areas and are looking in lower priced areas now?

But then we have all of these guys online (marketing), or Rich Dad Poor Dad, talking about how real estate is a ticket to passive income, etc etc.
