I've also interacted with some of the people that work there via email and a FB group, they're a good group of people that put A LOT of time into their research.

Added to that is the coaching sessions, continuous daily group interactive webinars and on different topics.

Once you get a better grasp on the interaction passive activities under IRC Sec 469, you'll probably find out it doesn't..at least, at the federal level.

They are doing it, and while I may think they have lost a little, I've gained so much more, by interacting with others and listening to the Podcasts.You can make money in real estate.
