Hello,

I am new to real estate investing, although I have purchased 4 homes. None of them were turned into investment properties except one that ended up a loss due to market crash and imbalanced rent to mortgage ratio.

At 30 years old, I feel I'm behind in generating wealth for my family's financial future and am interested in learning what I can do to start.

I look forward to interacting with like minded individuals and tapping into the wealth of knowledge within this community.
