Hello BP community! I'm Tonya From Texas. Brand new and excited to learn all I can. Came across this site by reading Real Estate Wholesaling by David Rundle. Hoping to start building wealth for the next generation with real estate investing. I have a background in quality assurance and regulatory compliance as well as a law degree (not licensed YET!). Currently, looking for networking opportunities with like minded individuals and the courage to take that first big step! I'm looking to do this full time really soon. 

 This site looks awesome! If I can help any local individuals in any way let me know. I might not know the answer but I am good at finding someone who does!
