worcester is neighborhood by neighborhood and street by street, i have clients who paid $370k for a 3 decker and get $4300 /mo in rent with lots of choices and others who paid $250k and have $3050 a month all section 8 and may need to upgrade heating systems.

You will also increase your electrical bill for the pump (around $50 a month) and water bill for refill during summer.If you have a heating system, the cost will also be higher.You will need a self closing gate to access the pool and/or the unit next to the pool will need alarms on the doors/windows that can access the pool directly.

My upstairs unit heat is working great, except in one room (middle bedroom).No heat was coming out of it when I got the property, but my heating guy flushed the system, bled the radiators, replaced the water tank for the furnace, and all was well.
