what all should I bring when walking through potential properties
So this saturday I will be walking 4 different properties with the current owner, my realtor, inspector, and my contractor. I have a spreadsheet made up to take notes on the current shape the property is in, but i'm just wondering if should maybe bring some other things with me as well. Maybe their is just some good questions to ask that maybe I have not thought of. The properties are small multi families ranging from 4-6 units located in Lewiston, Maine. This will be my first purchase as an investor. Would just love to hear different things you guys might do!
