When I was 16, I'll bet 1/2 my friends or more got it on their birthday.This may just be one more issue that Covid changed....is the way we live. we are starting to build dual masters so parents can live with kids or other way around.. your description of being 16 and getting your license and move out a soon as U were 18 is spot on for my generation as well.

Property Description:- 4 Level Apartment Building built in 1900 or thereabouts- The building is vacant and has been vandalized so it will remain that way until someone rehabs the building. - 10000 sq. ft. total, or 2500 per level.- Load bearing masonry (brick) with wood framing with a stone foundation-10 ft. ceilings, plaster and lath- It will need all new plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, etc... a full rehab. - I am thinking of 8 total units, 2 per floor.
