I agree with @Collin H. that a unique feature is a benefit, though the "ordinary" cabins perform well too.

Personally this feature could be advantageous for short-term rentals, as they could be easily converted back to long-term rentals suppose the STR policy changes in Atlanta (which gives me nightmare often).

That article was featured on the BiggerPockets newsletter as a success story, which led to literally hundreds of messages and many new acquaintances. 

One nice feature is that they offer a la carte services, so you can have them handle everything, most things or just a few items.City or regional level players.

However, this board features 20+ accountants who specialize in real estate and have experience with 1031s.
