This cannot be viewed as discriminatory because, like everyone above said, she does not fall under a protected class (i.e. familial status, race, etc.).

Better check your landlord-tenant laws before just popping in to do a status check and inspection.

Many tech companies are expanding into San Jose including Google, Facebook, Apple, and Samsung. the prices have jumped 20% since the Google announcement.

Their listing are really nice and professional looking and are great to share on Facebook or a website if you have one.

If you really want to get accurate with your return then take ordinary income tax from the $15K which including self employment tax will run you almost $7K so you'll end up with an $8K profit at best.And  yet even more potential bad news - Depending on your immigration status you will be  subject to FIRPTA withholding of 15% of the sales price of the new property.
