Hi there.  My name is Sarah Smith.  My husband Cory and I have been investing in rentals in the Butte, Montana area for over 10 years.  We currently own over 50 properties.  I recently purchased a real estate brokerage here in town and became an agent.  I love helping other people with their real estate adventures.  I love helping other investors find properties that will cash flow and make sense for their goals.  I look forward to learning more from this community.
