I look forward to exploring the site and learning from the pros.

My blog is going to be about this process of moving from theory to practice and all the fun, scary and intimidating steps along the way;'I'm hoping that exploring my process of getting organized and managing "my life-o'-many-irons-in-the-fire" will be of help and encouragement to other ADD folks hungry to make real estate investing a reality.

I will be moving to Fulton county in GA next year and I wanted to explore the practice of virtual wholesaling.

I did attempt outsourcing the filling of the vacancy and to say I was disappointed would be a huge understatement.To sum up my thoughts, I think the areas that aren't great but aren't scary (war zone) are a good place to start and build some experience/cash and then explore elsewhere if it isn't your cup of tea. 

This will just end in despair, madness, and agony.If you explore all of the above topics with your developer, it should produce plenty of very constructive conversations that should give you a good idea of whether or not to move forward.

My plan was to do the restaurant first, REI second and explore there rest after I was in position to not have to work my 9-5.

We have 2 multis at this point, however we are looking to aquire larger buildings down the road and would want to explore brining on a property mgt company.
