Fulton County is actually ready to go, but with all of the craziness happening with the pneumonic plague, I'm not sure if I should finish up the data extraction for Macon/Bibb.It seems to me like now would be a great time to be marketing... but I'm a coder... not an Investor so, what do I know....Anyway, If anyone is looking to pick up deals in Fulton, or is being proactive and wanting to run a super discounted blast text marketing campaign to a couple thousand out of state owners, pre-delinquents tax properties, or any of the above mentioned lead types in Fulton, let me know.

Rather than trying to be the landlord, I've seen these work where one main person takes on the responsibility (barber) and gets a discounted rate or a commission for bringing in other barbers/stylists.

That being said you can always negotiate a new lease by giving them something they want such as:A longer-term I short term discount (ie 25% off April), etc

@Jill F. agreed- I believe the vast majority of us are working with the tenants that require assistance.Affluent landlords are discounting and cancelling rent across the board.Unfortunately the media does a poor job of Distinguishing between the rich landlords and the small businesses which relay on rent to fund their operations.

However in GA, you only need a lenders license (you will also need to have the entity that is holding GA notes to be registered with RA and surety bond like many other states)https://nationwidelicensingsys...As for your business plan, I’m not sure how much experience you have in notes, but jumping straight in to operating a fund for your first go around, you’re likely going to find that to be quit challenging.
