Investors,Wholesalers,RE Agents, Macon/Bibb/Fulton Data

I'm trying to gauge interest in motivated seller data.   I can round up all currently due, unpaid property tax records, phones, emails, enrichment data, lis pendens, deceased spouse (non-probate, inheritance data)   absentee owner, and a couple more lead types.  for Macon,Bibb,and Fulton counties..... 

Fulton County is actually ready to go, but with all of the craziness happening with the pneumonic plague, I'm not sure if I should finish up the data extraction for Macon/Bibb.

It seems to me like now would be a great time to be marketing... but I'm a coder... not an Investor so, what do I know....

Anyway, If anyone is looking to pick up deals in Fulton, or is being proactive and wanting to run a super discounted blast text marketing campaign to a couple thousand out of state owners,  pre-delinquents tax properties, or any of the above mentioned lead types in Fulton, let me know.  If you  are interested in the same thing for macon-bibb starting next week,  post up so I know to let the data collection begin!  Or hell, chime in and tell me what leads or data you want for those counties, and Ill let you know if I can do it.  Unless you are really hell bent on sending mailers, texts or, calls to alien abduction motivated sellers i can likely handle it.... 

But alien abduction leads would be hilarious!!!
