There is an insane amount of new SFR construction going on around the edges of the city (Vail in the SE, Marana in the NW, and huge swaths of new construction in the middle just south of I-10), I suspect driven by developers hoping to capitalize on the growth here.

The rental numbers look solid and the area will appreciate well.I am naturally quite bullish with investing, however I am new to property and not considered a new development before I came across this deal. 

That's a tad north of the area most of my X friends lived during their time.... but the area is developing, so I'd love to hear how its going. 

Not sure how good that book is if it didn't make it clear that you should get your finances ready (ie. establish a savings pattern and develop a relationship with your preferred Lender) first!

It’s a duplex in the KCMO in a fast development area I’ve talked to the owner and we have a good number, now I’m trying to find an investor.

The original developers claimed all the tax credits for the 1st 10 years.

Which developing areas would you recommend?

I am looking into leasing them out to Solar Developers. 

We estimate lease rates for landowners on a regular basis and I can tell you that sometimes lease rates have remained stagnant for decades because of changes in roadways and development patterns.

In the winter, ice and frost developed all over the attic.
