finding deals or getting my finances ready?
hi everyone!
my name is Jeremy. i am confused.. do i need to find a great deal first then get my finances ready or vis versa?
i am just starting out and i am currently reading "the book on rental property". i currently live on guam and educating my self to invest into rental properties.

Are you looking to invest in the US? Definitely get your finances ready and in order before you pull the trigger on an offer. This would include understanding how much a bank will lend out, and researching local rental rates and neighborhoods.
