Adding fencing is almost never a bad idea, for the obvious reasons and the subtle ones regardign how prospective customers view the security.

All, I was looking for an online form (say Google Forms) that my prospective tenants could fill in before paying for the Background and Credit checks.

However I’ve noticed most highly qualified tenants don’t want to move until closer to summer (I know seasonality is a thing).On that note, I have a great prospective tenant who is PCSing here with the military as a doctor at a local military hospital.
