All I can say is this: (do research on this)Know your customer (KYC) is the process of a business verifying the identity of its clients.

I feel it is vital for both myself and my customers to be part of a group like this if I want to continue to grow my skills.  

My assumption is that the bid was excepted and the listing agent called with the "Congrats call and how can I help you with the contract " and discovered the broker was deceased.

Is this a fair assumption or are there ways to have the closing costs included in the loan installment, etc.?
