Does the BRRRR strategy only work if I have good credit?

I have read a few posts on other sites that leave me wondering about vacay rental agreements. I've seen landlords get stuck with a chargeback on CC deposits and rents for various reasons.Some have suggested a landlord...

I am considering an FHA loan (I have okay credit- good enough to qualify, and little money to put down, but my family will help me out with my down payment).

And I'd expect my credit score to reflect that in a year or so and move back into purchasing a home rather than rent.The firm I work for requires credit/criminal/security clearances.

You can email invoice that has the link to pay online or auto-draft customer's bank (free) or credit card (3%-4% fee).

It will really depend on the history, size, by-laws, etc.

@Steve Vaughan The only debt I have is my mortgage and a few k in credit cards.

Ultimately I would love to start investing in rental properties and potentially even short term rentals through Airbnb or VRBO, but right now I have no cash and poor credit, so those are unfortunately probably longer term aspirations.

The rest goes towards our mortgage or vehicles and we carry no credit card debt with a combined $14k we owe on both of our vehicles.We are now looking to start purchasing rentals to expand our portfolio.
