The limits are not high at first, but they can build with good utilization and payment history.

They are in their very early 20s they both are full-time employed, but the husband does not have any credit history at all.

WE dont pay a fee for the credit line as I mentioned just 1/2 point for each new loan..

If you use different sources it will be difficult to calibrate the different scores, but think of it as a percentage of the max available score.This particular score seems to be based on an applicant's credit history, including payment history, credit utilization, and credit availability. 

I think it really depends on what type of work history you have.

My first deal looks like it will fall through because the bank doesn't like my work history. (4 months as a union electrician, which the bank considers contract work).
