I don't much experience in Trailer homes/land; but a friend has a little apartment complex by Alameda with some land to that sits 4 trailer homes; I think he is doing better by renting the land to trailer home owners because he doesn't deal with maintenance; probably that is an option for you to consider.Let me know when you are going to be back from Midland/Odessa and I can probably coordinate time with my friend for you to exchange trailer homes/land experiences.

I am a Commercial Real Estate appraiser & am currently appraising a 48,000 SF industrial complex (four 12,000 SF metal buildings) in Adelanto, CA in the High Desert of the Victor Valley.My building and two others are In Escrow at HUGE price increases over what these buildings were selling for Pre-MJ Ordinance by the city.

@Pavlos Kasselouris Due to the complex issue where shareholders of our corp, using an SS to qualify is not an option.

I decided things were not crazy enough and got under contract on a 48 unit complex.

As I was looking for a new place, I stumbled upon a sixteen unit apartment complex that appeared to need work.

Another option or two would be a sjmall multi family complex and owner financing.  

I am very interested in large Multi Family apartment complexes and am loving the learning experience and challenges a new Market and Country can offer. 

The LVP is everywhere now...apartment complexes, hospitals, doctor offices, schools, etc...are using the (commercial) glue down version. 

I am so glad every time I hear someone say this and not lay out a plan how to start with a wholesalebusiness (one of the hardest and most complex things to master IMO) and then make some cash to eventually buy a rental property.
