They verify that the properties electrical meets code and it is on record that it is a rental. 

I can also update the statuses of the deals (color coded) so they can see what's going on.

There is another franklin street in the city so they probably got the zip codes mixed up.

My suggestion would be go to meet ups enter zip code 53210 and maybe go out 35 miles.

It should be fairly simple for a contractor to put in a to code vent if you are not handy. 

Modular is usually built better to a different code (but not always) and usually transported differently by being transported on a flat-bed truck (but not always).HUD sets the definition on FHA loans. 

I have multiple  properties in that same ZIP Code.  

I have 3 SFH in College Station and have been recently tempted to venture into the Bryan zip codes although I am hesitant. 

Try http://www.city-data.com/ I have been using it for cities, and it also breaks down zip codes.

What items are not up to code that if a code inspector shows up, that you may have to update (this cost me 6k in my triplex last last year).
