Hello everyone, I'm new here and I live in Eau Claire, WI. I'm looking forward to participating in the forum, learning from all of you and networking.

I have owned a SFH as a rental and will close on a duplex in August. I am here hoping to build a network that can help develop a model for investing. I'm also a member of MnREIA and will be signing up for the marketplace in September.

Thanks for letting me join.

Omar

Don't discount Eau Claire for investments. I love that town. Yes the growth may not be as much as Madison but the investor money is also less. The college will keep employment stable. Riches in niches.
