Hello looking to get a few quotes and wanted to see who everyone uses for their general contractor or companies that do painting, doors, and carpet as well as unit turns.

She also has an outstanding make-ready rehabber who is well-networked and does things like carpet, paint, and hardware a little more affordably than other contractors in the area.  

I just removed a 3br house of carpet and refinished the wood floors.  

General repairs, paint, probably new carpet, deep cleaning.  

I am more than willing to lug paint, two by fours, tile, and carpet, into and out of property and vehicles.

A turnkey operator may find a property with B-class bones and in a B-class area that needs a lot of work (so it may look like a C superficially) and then put in the refurb necessary to bring it up to speed, but if you are investing in turnkey and you are shown a property with uncut lawn, mold, unclean or old carpet, peeling paint etc, then it is not a real B.

Over the years I've used a few different carpet cleaning services, sometime for pet specific problems and sometimes just for general make-ready.
