Hi Grant,Get the highest paying job you can get (that is stable long term income for you).Cash is King.Read Rich Dad Poor Dad.Focus on getting CASH in the bank vs a job you can learn from.You can learn whatever you need to online.And when the COVID is over join every Real estate meetup in the area and make business friends with older people.Get the biggest paychecks you can!

I recently read "Rich Dad, poor dad" and am finishing up "How to Invest in Real estate."

Others are simply MLMs that want you to recruit others to the "Get rich quick" seminar for $300 or whatever while providing no actual deals, no real education, no actual mentorship. 

I am new to most of this stuff but I am currently reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and in one of the chapters it says that an important thing to have in knowledge is accounting skills.

Wanted to share this really quick with you: I had the passive income bug years ago, read Rich Dad Poor Dad, got into real estate and started out wholesaling as well.Did it for YEARS before I got the courage to pull the trigger on my first buy and hold.Once I got that first rental - I realized that there had been nothing holding me back (but myself) all along.I also realized that only rentals were going to give me the passive income/freedom I was after.That's my biggest regret - not jumping into rentals first and getting sidetracked with wholesaling. 

By getting rid of the rich? 

Smartbnb and YourPorter's task management was not as feature-rich as I needed it to be, so that wasn't really a factor for me.
