I think it is a really tough time of year to get properties rented with the holidays etc... but yes lots of learning curves in the last few months that is for sure.Still really happy with what I have been able to achieve in such a short time and I definitely want to continue to build my portfolio but I have learned to be more modest when looking at numbers on paper.
