He had a bad tenant who didn't pay the rent in a basement unit, and after evicting him the ex-tenant called the city.

I think the bad reputation and high crime has held it down for quite sometime, but now new forces are moving in to develop residential and commercial space that will be close to the new Georgia Dome and Turner Field Redevelopment as well as the Beltline.

The service isn't evil or bad in any way, it's just niche.

I've known this guy since I was five years old and this is a really tough spot.

There have been a lot of pan-handlers claiming it as prime real estate.For whatever reason, this guy set up camp today.Maybe it is because he was once a pan-handler at the same spot and things have turned around for him or he may just have a thing against pan-handlers.I did not ask him, why but I shouted out to him if he would allow me to take the photo and he said "sure".

Now the bad part.  

Once in a while, there will be a real breakthrough and that brand will have an advantage.Also, as another tech put to me; a good tech can take bad equipment and make it work.

this guy was into some funny business...you may find drugs hidden behind walls or in the attic..."...and the mirrored ceiling got the most attention.Oh, there was also a seven foot long aquarium in the same wood trim dividing the foyer and the kitchen but that was removed.I have considered removing the ceiling and just go back to regular sheetrock.
