Hey, @Joshua Walker.I’m a newbie but, I like to respond to situations like yours because it makes me call on and employ the knowledge I’ve attained about REI, and the skills and abilities I’ll need to employ to close a deal myself.

So I am getting close to finishing my Bachelors degree and am looking to find my way into the Real Estate as I have a great interest in Real Estate Investing.

new kitchen and both bathrooms 10k maybe depending on finishes. new windows,  electrical and plumbing will need some work nothing major. i will do a new garage tear down and replace.   

@Garrett SettleI finished my Skillbridge program with property management in January.

It is a bathroom refurbishing and a basement that was partial done but needs finishing.

I'll bet you a round of beers that the rest of the windows in that house are not perfectly aligned with the floors or ceilings or are perfectly level and plumb or square within the opening - you just don't take notice because they are alone by themselves in the wall, finish carpenters are magical wizards who make stuff that aint right look good all day long and finally, you're just not looking for it.

I want to open one to utilize the funds to finish a flip property.

They claim to not be a turnkey company and they want to work with you from start to finish and even help you manage your property.

I recently just finished a flip and a few larger remodels (we own a tile and flooring company) and have the money for another if not two properties.
