Newbie interested in RE Investing: What career path to take?

Zach Harward
Posted

So I am getting close to finishing my Bachelors degree and am looking to find my way into the Real Estate as I have a great interest in Real Estate Investing. I have chatted with many, and have considered going the Realtor route but I am not sure if thats what my passion is.

Is getting Real Estate licensed a must when starting out? As a college student, class is definitely a focus, but I want to begin to get experience that will help me long-term.

I would love some feedback on jobs to pursue when trying to figure things out and gain experience at my early beginning stages.
