Knowing that I wouldn’t meet any of the requirements for other forms of funding (no previous deals & recently self employed) I would consider myself a much higher risk investment then either of you.

Hi all, Well there's always a first for things and for me, it's being invited to my tenants wedding! 

Comes out to about 125 a unit for me and a lot of wasted time making sure they get into every apt.

This avoids down time for the tenant and no urgency for me to do repair.
