There is a nice manufactured home on 3 acres, with good size storage shed, and 10 GPM well, with no covenants, $130,000.The agent emailed me asking me to call to discuss a payment plan.What strategies, tips, etc., do you have for me for talking down the price, creatively finance the deal with owner, finding private money to finance part/or all if necessary, possible putting something on land to rent out if allowed due to no covenants, how to make it a win - win for both parties, etc?

We also have a storage unit built into one of the houses right in the middle of all are rentals and its in the ally and it works out perfect we have pretty much have all construction materials needed for remodeling.

I don't have either as the noise/guests concern isn't as high on the list for my business (monthly rentals) but I am always on the hunt for devices like these.I do have Nest thermostats, Nest outdoor cams and indoor cams that I'm a fan of and would recommend because of the access I have on my phone.
