I have a piece of property that I am acquiring. I am looking to build mini storage units providing the city will allow the zoning variance. Does anyone out there have some insights into this process? Very interested in hearing others experience in visiting with the city planning department, building types and contractors, and management aspects. Thank you so much for your help!
