I want to start in my back yard in San Bernardino in the inland empire in southern California but I’m not sure whether it’s possible to wholesale here in Southern California.

We are seriously suggesting accepting an offer on a property listed at over $1M in Southern Cali and want to make sure I know what we are getting into before I suggest my client accept it.Thank you in advance

Trying to sell my investment property in Southern CA.

I would look up property potential resources and find someone who specializes in Southern California ADU's.

I printed out a few articles I want to read, but unless/until I hear that the southern US is just way overheated with low low low cap rates, newbies throwing money at deals, or excessive development, I'm still bullish.

The change allows ADUs in the neighborhood on any lot of at least 4,500 square feet.The Chaffee Park neighborhood runs from I-70 (southern edge) to 52nd Avenue (northern edge), and Federal Boulevard (on the west) to just past Pecos (on the east).Approximately, one quarter of Denver lots are currently zoned to allow ADUs.

Is anyone on here from southern Maine?
