Hi,

I'm interested in converting an attached garage of a rental property to an ADU in the Santa Barbara County Costal Zone. Would like to hear from folks who have been thru this process with the county from obtaining permits thru construction. Thanks.

@Hemant Patel I would recommend working with an architect or draftsman that is familiar with the coastal process.
