Keeping the sign on the car was a matter of trust but I did have a written agreement with them and a clause in it said if the vehicle was found without the sign being displayed it would be assumed that the sign hadn't been displayed since the last time it's presence was verified and credit toward the debt would stop and the amount of debt remaining would be adjusted as of the last date the sign was known to be displayed, and our  agreement would be deemed cancelled as of that date.

I put the odds of continuing to get payments successfully for the remaining 38 months to be 97%, and if I went to foreclosure, I put the odds of 90% of succeeding there and owning a $160,000 house in this market.

They made the investment hence the long lease.Doing some quick math, if one was looking to get a 10% ROI then a $200,000 value would actually produce close to a 20% ROI based upon putting down 25% on the $200,000 and financing the remaining 75%.

I agree.The fact is for 99.999999999999% of us, the dollar could completely collapse, no longer be the reserve currency anywhere and as long as all of our commerce remained within this country we would not notice anything catastrophic other than the hyped up news media reporting the end of civilization and then wondering why civilization continued on.Nations rise and fall.
