I was born here and have citizenship and grew up in the U.S.

So I grew up in Cleveland, currently live in Cleveland and am also a lender in Cleveland.

I grew up in Eugene and I would be there is a large portion of the population who would put "Worst Landlord City in America" under the "world's greatest city for the arts and outdoors" sign.

I grew up there so I know the town very well and it seems like a good rental market.

When I went back in 2022, it had grew so much.

Just about every state grew these past two years. 

I own a property management company that grew out of my own portfolio.

I grew up in construction.

I never felt like I fit in and probably needed validation to some degree; living in that reality will never make one happy and thank goodness I matured, grew as a person and realized the truth.  

I ended up purchasing a duplex per his suggestion; it was a property that was located on the street he grew up on.
