Hello BP community,

I live in LA and I am interested on out of state investing.

What are some States that are growing? Any advise on where should I start looking?

@Ellie Ochoa, before you dive into any out-of-state market, I highly advise that you read, "Long-Distance Real Estate Investing" by David Greene. Moreover, if you do decide that out-of-state investing is the best avenue for you and your business, at least pick a state you have visited or are somewhat familiar with. Just about every state grew these past two years.
