Good morning Shoshana,

I actually just closed on a property with James Wise's company Monday. The experience was professional and he knows the area very well. I ended up purchasing a duplex per his suggestion; it was a property that was located on the street he grew up on. 

As an out of state investor: it was great knowing that James knew the area very well because he grew up there, and it is convenient that he has a full team on the ground already so all you need to do is find a house you like!

My advice is to listen to James' suggestions, run the numbers with your own limitations, do your own due diligence and hopefully everything works out!
