Keep it and serve the 3-day notice to pay or quit for the amount still owed (assuming your rent increase notice was proper).

Even SEO companies that say "we'll get you on page 1" aren't truly serving the client well because the client thinks "page 1" is awesome...when in reality over 50-60%+ of all traffic goes to the top 3 results... so really if a site isn't in the top 3 it's likely not pulling much unless it's a crazy highly searched term.
