Hi,Does anyone have any experience with their insurance company not covering domestic animal damage (not pets but dogs that found their way in) and cleanup of toxic drug fumes?

I live around the block and my actual home was also damaged, and my two tiny homes also flooded, so we've been dealing with a lot. 

A couple of the windows are pretty damaged or stuck in a certain position.

How do you determine if a fire damaged property is TOO far gone?

I would never suggest someone's property needs to be restored to former glory.  

Just make sure they aren't robbing from you with the ultra-low management fee by socking the guests with exorbitant booking fees, damage fees, etc. 

My current role is IT focused, In previous lives I was a carpenter, carpet installer, flood and fire restoration, long haul truck driver, waiter, garbage man, bus boy, and just about every other job you can think of.

Depending on what caused the damage, your insurance hopefully has "loss of rents" coverage... 

I like physical work, I like creative or restorative processes, and I love learning new and super practical skills.

And in a case of gross negligence, punitive and/or exemplary damages can be as much as 4X actual damages.Translated:  If a child, or even an adult, is seriously injured or worse in your pool with no fence, they will come after every penny that you've got.
