I am traveling from Seattle and I'm going to be busy with brokers and visiting my properties during the day.I am going to be in Dallas does any want to meet up for drinks the evening of Aug 13th?

Just read this in the Dallas Business Journal, just curious about how you guys think this will affect the rental market.

As much as I love New York, I plan to relocate to Dallas in 2 to 3 years for a quieter, calmer, and better quality of life for me and my little family.

@Joe Wood if you've ever considered Dallas Tx as a market you'd be interested in, pm and I can refer you to some guys down here. 

Its still a seller market now in the US (Dallas TX), just trying to find a creative solution for cash flow :) renters candidates in that area are not so good

@Hunter Peterson I have been looking at properties in Dallas, Phoenix, Memphis, KC, etc.

I am located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area so I looked up all the metro areas in Texas that fit the population and median home price requirements they talked about in that podcast.
