In addition to the dehumidifier, if they won't open the window, make sure they are using the vent over the stove while they are cooking, and the fan in the bathroom (letting it run for 15 minutes after showers) when having a shower or bath. 

I want to offer less than asking price, but sweeten the pot by letting the buyer know that I'm not going to push hard on repairs unless there's something really wrong with the house.

The next information is extra and I don't know if I should add but, methamphetamine was cooked in this home and a person died on the property as well, so there is the possibility of drug residue inside the home.

The reason I use MANY accounts is so that I can manage the money better and to budget for everything without having to continuously track pots of money all lumped in one single account.

Both Airbnb's and hotels have their places in the market, though I do agree that I've seen more people shift their travel towards Airbnb as bigger groups can often make travel much cheaper by renting bigger houses while having separate bedrooms, being able to cook is often a huge plus as well.
