Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

I live in Pennsylvania and on the web I found that the Court house has a Judicial Tax Sale, and a Repository List, the repository list has bids for homes/trailers that is only $250 per bid.
