Repository List for Collateral on Business Loan

Anthony Stillman
Posted

Hey all, my name is Anthony and I had an idea that I just wanted to hear everyone's thought on if it was a good idea or bad to get started in Real Estate. I live in Pennsylvania and on the web I found that the Court house has a Judicial Tax Sale, and a Repository List, the repository list has bids for homes/trailers that is only $250 per bid. After creating an LLC using 2 or 3 of these lots as collateral on a business loan to invest in lets say a single family home to rent out and from there continuing with more single family homes. Or buying some of these lots with around a $250 investment then cleaning it up/tearing down whats there and reselling the property.

What are your thoughts on this process to get started. Any advice on how to get things going would be great.
