I am interested in real estate investment and how this process works, I have worked in sales for over 12 years in the housing industry, I have worked at Fergusons, Home Depot, Lowes, and Sears.

I have switched GCs and the newest one is making me front the cost of his general liability and workers' comp because he said this was an industry standard and it would be very worrisome if a GC is not passing on this insurance cost to me as the owner of the property. 

The industry has shifted since the inception of Ride Sharing like Uber and Lyft.

They have business, finance and supply chain degrees tailored towards the airline industry (but applicable to real estate). 

Brand new to the real estate industry and any help would much appreciated.

Since China, South Korea, and Japan are in critical positions on semiconductor and automotive industry, the global economy will be impacted.

We don't know what the economy will be like, or what jobs will be available, or what industries will be revolutionized through technology.
