The ones that perform well do a great service.I used to help my grandfather with his company and when he got ill I had to step in so I know the work a good team puts in when they want to deliver quality service.That being said if you own only a few properties, have some decent tenants, and can do the leasing and accounting on your own maintenance can be a huge bummer if you're 2000 miles away in a different time zone.Trust is absolutely a huge factor and I hope to build a positive reputation as I move aheadThanks for the welcome!
