Hey all, I'm Tim and I'm about as green as they get. 

Bank has given me the green light on the first one. 30 year mortgage with closing costs of around 13,000....or I can get a 3/1 arm with closing costs at 2500. 

They were inserted into amended notices.I never went into court, I never gave cash for keys (though as a green horn I probably would have).
