Hey all, I'm Tim and I'm about as green as they get.  The wife and I have always talked about getting into real estate (buy / hold / rent) and just recently I decided to take the plunge.  We're going to start slowly - I'm going to get my RE License first.  Once I do we'll work on finding a few units and I'll do the RE thing as well to bring in extra cash flow along side our full time work.   The end goal is to be able to move away from the 40hr desk job.

There's no rush on our part and PLENTY of learning to do.  I am glad I found BP and am beginning my journey here!
