Columbus is a great market for multifamily. from my limited experience self storage is very tight and hard to get in franklin county but outside of it in the outskirts like mansfield or other tertiary markets you can find on market deals 

If the deal is tight that could kill your cash flow.

She feels that the higher mortgage payment and taxes will hurt us because our budget is so darn tight currently. 

Pretty sure HUD takes rounds of highest and best by specific deadlines then eventually picks best offer... sometimes only owner occupants considered to start.

This is a really tight scenario with very little breathing room or room for error.

This is bound to happen and if you're already on a tight budget it's important to have that extra cash available.

Apple will be tight lipped about that information.

If there were extenuating circumstances on my end and very strict deadlines I needed to meet for one reason or another I would post the notice but I’d let the tenants know that it’s coming ahead of time.

If a new tenant income budget is very tight on the first year rent already, that being said, I either have to keep his rent the same the next few years (make less money), or I have to kick out the good poor tenant the second year, and give myself more work to look for a new tenant who can pay higher rent the second year.Believe it or not, SFR and condo rent has been raised for about 80% in Las Vegas last 6 years.  

I close Monday and have no guidance on my contract, and honestly the deal came up so fast I’m just rolling with the punches hoping people are doing me right because I have so much construction to finish for people’s Christmas deadlines!
