Business success is achieved by finding and fulfilling a need, the solution to which can produce a profit of some kind for the recipient as well as the provider.

To me, it is more of a big deal because I don't want a massive amount of properties -- just enough to meet my goal and to have them be self-sustaining with respect to income being able to cover expenses.So yes, buying elsewhere is about finding a different purchase price to rent ratio.

If all your comps have drywall then the solution is furring strips and drywall.

the numbers look pretty decent but there is one scam report on them which makes a bit suspicious.the idea is to build the townhomes and lease it to "corporate housing solutions and savings" for short term rents.thanks,Sergey

how long must you own a property and show it as a self sustaining asset before you can transfer everything into n accredited business name?
