I am afraid that this could be disturbing to the other two tenants in the building.

The 2nd floor tenant (the LOUD one) was the first to complain - she said she heard loud banging noises at 2-3 AM, and couldn't sleep.

As long as it does not have too much traffic and does not disturb the other tenants you might not even know it is there.

Take the win, buy your next property, and sleep easy.

This gets bad as the distance increases and more has to be disturbed to make the change.  

With that said, the tenant has an autoimmune disease and doesn't want to sleep in the house until servePro has cleaned the attic. 

If they bought the property through an anonymous LLC and managed it through a paid management company, they would have very little liability, however when you self manage as most owners here do, anonymity just won't work.Sorry I must break for sleep. 

(BTW - I own a number of STRs but only in vacation markets or in locations where they won’t disturb neighbors, such as on acreage.)

The cops have been called 4-5 times in the last 6 weeks, but unfortunately nothing has come out of that except for a few reports of "disturbances".I know MA very tenant-friendly so it seems my only option is to ride out the existing lease and be sure to over communicate my non-renewal of the lease.

You will learn quick that when you have tenants who pay on time to just leave them alone and don't disturb them in their natural habitat!
